The white Resling grapes are grown in the Golan Heights. The volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing this classic wine. The cold fermintation preserves the crushed flower petal and dried fruit completion gives the wine a touch of residual sweetness. Complements Asian food, Barbeque, and Spicy cusine.
