Villa Wolf Pinot Noir 2006

This wine is made by Ernest Loosen, who took over the estate in 1996 and was fermented and matured in old French Oak. 5% of the total J L Wolf estate is Pinot Noir. This wine is a pale raspberry in color and mostly violets, some red berrys in aromas. With a slight oak, stewed fruits and a lingering violet finish. Complements chicken and game dishes.
