Two Oceans Sauvignon Blanc 2006

This wine is created on the western Cape. The warm Indian Ocean and the cold Atlantic Ocean coverge and create cool breezes that slow the ripening of the grapes and intensify the pure fruit flavours. The wine drinks crisp with gooseberry flavours backed by tropical fruits. Complements chicken, grilled fish, shellfish and nuts.
