Spirit of the Hudson vodka is a super-premium hand made vodka, produced from 100% Hudson Valley Apples. This fine spirit comes off the still at 191 proof. It is distilled three times, to ensure a deliberately smooth vodka. Bottled at 80 proof, it is Tuthilltown's purest, lightest spirit.
