Cudgee Creek Shiraz 2008

This wine is harvested in March/April, crushed and fermented with skin to extract maximum color and structure. The wine is then matured for four months using American Oak and offers spicy rich berry flavours, with soft tannins. Complements white meats and light pastas.

Woop Woop Shiraz 2008

Rich, ripe, and chock full of quintessential Aussie character. It's deep in colour with great intensity, bursting with blackberry fruit juice, blueberry jam and masses of clean varietal Shiraz fruit. It's well balanced with black liquorice, pepper and spice giving tremendous flavour and length. It weighs in at 15% alcohol! This wine was matured in French and American oak.
