Root 1 Cabernet Sauvignon 2006

This cabernet has a deep,dark cherry color. A bouquet of currants, vanilla and black and red berries. It also has aromas of toffee and bitter sweet chocolate. The flavors are of wonderful ripe fruit with a creamy texture. It has a dark chocolate finish. Enjoy with grilled meats or spicy dishes.
