McWilliam's Shiraz 2006

The McWilliam's family is one of the largest landowners in all of Australian. Their name is larger then Yellow Tail. Their Shiraz is vibrant crimson in color with layers of plum and raspberry fruit flavors. The use of American and French Oak delivers subtle vanilla overtones with a hint of spice on the finish. Food complements are roasted lamb, grilled steak and barbecued ribs.
