Joe Carr Cabernet Sauvignon 2003

Our 2002 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvingon released in January of 2006 is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, and 5% Syrah. This heady cuvee was blended after 28 months in French and American Oak. 43% French and over 35% new. An expression of Rutherford terroir highlighted with black current flavors. Deep in color with plum and ripe berry aromas, as well as a hint of smoke and vanilla.
