El Coto Rioja Blanco 2007

Vinification: For their only white wine, El Coto selected Viura for its fine aroma. It is vinified in stainless tanks at controlled temperature for 18 days. Bottling occurs early in the next year.

Tasting Notes: Pale in color with green reflections. The nose is very fresh, with youthful fruits emphasizing apple and pear. On the palate it is refreshing, clean and medium bodied; has a lovely balance of acidity and faint sweetness. A very modern Rioja white.
