Coopers Creek Pinot Noir 2005

Marlborough once again has ideal climate for growing Pinot Noir grapes. This wine with traditional fermentation techniques and oak aging produced a wine with aromas of black cherries and strawberries with hints of oak. On the palate it displays soft tannins and ripe fruit characters. This wine is approachable now but will improve with careful cellaring.
