Black Opal Chardonnay 2005

This Chardonnay has a vibrant mid straw colour. The bouquet has lovely aromas of peach, melon and cream, while the palate is rich and long with varietal Chardonnay fruit. The wonderful texture of this wine is complexed by the small portion of Malolactic fermentation, and the finish is long and dry.
