Baron Herzog Chardonnay 2004

Baron Herzog Chardonnay displays an incredible level of complexity that originates from carefully selected Central Coast and Russian River appellation Chardonnay grapes ferminated in both oak barrels for 7 months and in stainless steel tanks. This wine displays complex notes of tropical fruit, citrus and chamomile, with subtle hints of oak. It is especially enjoyable when served chilled with fish, veal, or light meat dishes.
