A by Acacia Pinot Noir 2006

This is a wonderful pinot noir. It has aromas of violets, spice and black cherry with hints of vanilla. It has a medium-bodied palate that includes rich flavors of dark fruit flavors and fine tannins leading to a finish of dark fruit and spice with a hint of oak. Goes well with cedar-planked salmon and roasted chicken.
